AI in 2025: What’s Next and How to Stay Ahead
Avoiding end of year burn out
2025 Planning Workshop
Update: It feels like we are full steam ahead to the end of the year now and I’ve been thinking about the plan for next year. This year my word of the year is Money. And I’m pretty pleased with the progress! I want to maintain the momentum in 2025 but with the wild ride that was selling a company this year, I’m drawn to 2025 being the year of Calm. I don’t want to live life in the fast lane of stress, burnout and always being on - so in 2025 I’ll be prioritising leverage and creating more calm!

ICYMI Content: Earlier this week I shared what 99% of people are doing wrong when it comes to using ChatGPT and how to actually use AI to make money. Spoiler, if you’re using it a bit like a smarter Google - then you’re doing it wrong. Instead you should be building, using and selling CustomGPTs. I broke down exactly how to do this in this week’s ChatGPT for Business Masterclass, including how you break your GPT out of OpenAI so that you can sell it yourself. It was such a great session and honestly I love empowering people with the tools and resources they actually need to create more leverage and wealth for themselves. If you missed it, you can catch the full 2 hour session here and join the community Q&A.

AI in 2025: What’s Next and How to Stay Ahead
AI is evolving at breakneck speed (whether you like it or not), and those who embrace its potential early will lead the pack. Whether you’re a business owner, content creator, or entrepreneur, here are the key AI updates and trends I’m watching for 2025—and how you can leverage them to level up.
1. Hyper-Personalisation is becoming the norm
AI is getting better at creating highly personalised experiences, from marketing to customer service. Imagine tailoring every email, product recommendation, or piece of content to the specific preferences of your audience, and critically being able to do all of this at scale.
How to Use It:
Connect tools like ChatGPT and AI-powered CRMs (like HubSpot or Klaviyo) to help you analyse customer data and deliver personalised touch-points that feel human.
2. AI-Driven Content Creation Takes Off
From blog posts and video scripts to social media captions, AI is revolutionising how we create content. In 2025, expect tools to get even better at generating high-quality, engaging content faster than ever.
How to Use It:
Use CustomGPTs to draft content, brainstorm ideas, or even repurpose existing material in your exact tone and style. Pair content with tools like Blaze, Jasper and Canva to create imagery and a seamless workflow.
3. Conversational AI Gets Smarter
Chatbots and virtual assistants are moving beyond basic Q&A to handle complex customer interactions, offer personalised product recommendations, and even close sales.
How to Use It:
Create CustomGPT chatbots that deliver your knowledge and expertise to customers at scale. I like to think of these as pre-trained co-pilots or assistants that can help deliver a near-identical interaction for customers as if they were talking directly to you.
You can do anything but not everything - avoiding end of year burn out
As we race towards the end of the year, the to-do lists grow longer, deadlines creep closer, and the pressure to “finish strong” is all around. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, especially when if like me, you also have three school shows to attend, a nativity outfit to make, Christmas presents/cards/events/decorations/food to arrange and a partridge in a pear tree.
Let’s be honest, this time of year is ridiculous and it’s easy for things to spiral and get out of hand. So here are some practical tips to help you avoid burn out at the end of the year and start 2025 refreshed and ready.
1. Embrace the Power of "Enough"
Ask yourself: What are the three things I absolutely need to get done before year-end? Focus on those and give yourself permission to let go of the rest. Remember, perfection isn’t the goal—progress is. Mine are: getting my new website live, hosting a 2025 planning workshop and having a massive pre-Christmas clear-out.
2. Block Out Your Holiday
If you are planning to take time off over Christmas, block it in your calendar now. Decide if and when you are going to do any work or be online and then stick to it. I know I have been absolutely terrible for doing this in the past and I have let work slowly creep in right up until Christmas Eve and found myself saying yes, when really I meant no, to working on things between Christmas and New Year. Plan the time in now, block it out, stick to it.
3. Say No with Confidence
Let’s piggy back that straight into saying no with confidence. The end of the year is notorious for extra commitments. Practice saying no to things that don’t align with your priorities (see point one). A polite, “I’d love to, but my plate is full right now,” goes a long way.
4. Make a Master List
I have a Master to-do list in the main dashboard of my notion where I get everything I need to do out of my head and into one place. I then split the list into work and home, before categorising into “to do, to ditch and to delegate”. Website - that’s my to-do, outfit for all yellow day (IYKYK!), delegate to my husband who I’ve just promoted to head of school admin, wrapping and sending Christmas gifts, we’re ditching that this year for secret Santa and gift vouchers.
5. Meal Prep
This one is hard for me because I love to cook, but with time at an absolute premium at this time of year, I can’t spend hours cooking. So instead, all of our meals must be less than 30 minutes, I batch cook and freeze as many meals as possible in November (we already have our Christmas meat in the freezer) and we basically treat Christmas like the time you have postpartum where you live for quick-wins.

I’ll soon be sharing access to my 2025 planning workshops - we had a wee technical problem with previous registrations so to keep it simple, please vote for a session time below to register your interest.
