Update: Look at me mid-week in your inbox! I think there is something in the water, or maybe it’s the fact that the sun rises before 7 and sets after 5, that has left me feeling inspired and on a roll! So I thought I would capture the moment with a mid-week special edition of Keep It Simple to share the inside scoop on what is happening with my first product launch over on Espresso AI. Is it going to plan? Not exactly? Am I hopeful? Always. My strategy with everything, but especially a new product launch, is to leave no stone unturned. And since I rarely see realistic and relatable launches and all the juicy details online, I thought I would overshare what is happening in real time inside my first product launch on a whole new platform.
Mission: My mission with Espresso AI is to close the AI literacy gap enabling 5 million people (specifically women) to access AI educational content and resources. AI isn’t going anywhere, it’s happening now and everyday people are shockingly undereducated on how they can leverage this technology to get ahead, create wealth and thrive in the new digital age. Honestly, someone give me a megaphone and put me in Trafalgar Square because I will never stop banging the drum that learning about AI is the number one thing you should be prioritising when it comes to getting and staying ahead. I’ve got BIG plans (obv because come one, it’s me we’re talking about) and I would love for Espresso AI to be the go-to platform for accessible, non-technical AI education. I’m talking programmes, I’m talking CIPD certifications, free courses, programmes in schools, programmes for underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds…
The Plan: See all of that is expensive ^ and since I don’t want to raise investment and I also want to build something that is sustainable for me and my life, I need to self-fund. Enter my first programmes for businesses. My punchy goal is to get 500 customers enrolled. My target of thrilled is 100. I can then reinvest this in the platform and growth.
The Products: This week I launched AI for Business and Automations for Business, two in-depth learning programmes to help small business owners and solo-entrepreneurs scale without hiring. You can read more about them here >

The launch plan
I’m running with my tried-and-tested launch strategy I’ve used for all my digital products. It’s also the launch strategy that has helped me raise hundreds of millions of investment in the last 10 years. I always planned to have an open-and-close strategy for the first launch of these programmes and to have a live element of Q&A implementation sessions. My aim with this has been to encourage people to buy now and so that I could also get social proof before increasing the prices, building a strong funnel behind the programmes and making them evergreen.
So here’s how the launch has worked out so far:
Waitlist - I built a small waitlist from my social channels, mainly tiktok through people signing up on the confirmation page when they downloaded my free AI prompt library.
Launch - On Monday 24th of February I launched the programme to the waitlist and my Espresso AI email list too.
2-4-1 Offer - To further encourage early enrolments I’ve been running a 2-4-1 offer for the first 72hrs on the programmes (both AI for Business and Automations for Business for £147). This ends TONIGHT Thursday 27th of February.
Closing - Enrolment closes on Monday 3rd March to enable me to have 4 weeks of running the programmes with the live element before working on the evergreen strategy.

Lessons so far
1. My top priority mid-way through launch is to increase the volume of traffic at the top of the funnel. My conversion rate is decent, I just need more eyes on the sales page.
This data proves to me that despite me feeling like I’ve talked about this launch LOADS and I’m worried I’m annoying people, not enough people are even aware of the offering and the timeline to buy.
I should be posting more on socials. I’m self-sabotaging here because I’m worried again that I will annoy people but really I just need to get over myself. I know these programmes have the potential to be transformative for business owners and they are very much needed!
I know I need to really lean into being patient because we are all guilty of buying at the last minute, especially when we know we still have time. I’m crossing my fingers that this afternoon’s email with the reviews I’ve had in so far from my programme testers combined with the 2-4-1 offer deadline this evening will spark that momentum!
Call to Action
ICYMI and you want to learn how to actually implement AI and Automations in your business so that you can scale faster, make more money and actually work yes (yes this is an actual possible thing, I’ve automated my way completely out of my previous role!), then these programmes are for you.
The 2-4-1 offer ends today, I’ll spare you the sales email and you can just check out the link below if you want to find out more.
Speak Sunday! x
