We’ve been back in Scotland this week and I’ve hit the ground running.

This week I’ve been laser focused on getting the new website for Espresso AI up and running and it’s been intense so this week’s email is short and sweet! I’ll do a full breakdown of the lessons I’ve learnt building another new website and the resources and hacks I’ve used next week, in the meantime you can check out the new site (so far) here. Still a work in progress!

Can you also believe that the summer holidays start here on Friday afternoon?! You know what that means - this week is sports day, wear yellow day, school trips and generally there is a new request each day 🫠🙃.

I wouldn’t change it though. This is the kind of cyclical business / working arrangement that truly works for me. Weeks like this where it’s intense, I’m working late and I’m trying to get something over the line, is worth it when you reap the rewards of the system in the weeks and months to come. The benefit of building real leverage.

What’s been working: I’ve tried a lot of software across my career and I’ve seen the inside of thousands of businesses as an investor. I have very strong opinions on what works, what doesn’t and what is best practice for digital sales. You all know I’m a huge fan of Stan Store for social sales but I have to say, re-platforming Espresso AI onto Kajabi has been brilliant. If you are looking for something that has more longevity, is easier to track participation and has more robust analytics then I highly recommend!

What I’ve been listening to: I revisited the audiobook of Unstressable by Mo Gawdat and Alice Law this week whilst folding what felt like endless loads of washing.
