This week:

Update: This week I’ve been attempting to slowly join the 5am Club. Well maybe not quite the 5am Club, but at least trying to get up 30 mins before my kids. With daylight hours slowly dwindling, I’m rejigging my schedule to make the most of the sunlight we do have. If you’re already in the 5am Club, or managing to get up early and be productive, I’d love to know your tips!

I’ve also been revisiting my leverage tasks this week too as I continuously try and improve my systems. WTF is a leverage task… I’m sharing mine below. But the aim of the game. Do less, earn more.

Question to ask yourself this week: What am I currently doing that I know could be made 10x easier?

Book to add to your list: Measure What Matters: The simple idea that drives 10x growth by John Doerr. I know we’re only at the end of October but if you are going to read only one book between now and the New Year, make it this one by prolific US Venture Investor John Doerr. It’ll help you see the wood from the trees and set better goals that you actually have a plan to achieve.

This week’s challenge: Audit your time. At the end of each day, make a note of all the tasks you completed that day and how long they took. From replying to emails and product/service development to marketing and even your day to day tasks. By next week you’ll be able to see exactly where your time goes. Then look at it through the lens of what makes you money - where can you create more leverage and what tools can you use to get there?

How to actually get results with AI & use it to make money

It’s no secret that I use AI every day to create more leverage across my businesses and make more money. But how do I actually do that in practice, and more importantly, how can you do the same?

The world of AI has become far more complicated than it needs to be, with thousands of apps, seemingly doing aLl tHE tHings 🤯, that it’s easy to see why 87% of people who responded to a recent survey I did on AI said they either weren’t using AI at all or they were but not to it’s full potential because they didn’t know how.

So after 10 years of using AI in business and using ChatGPT since the programme came out of development and was released to the public in 2022, I’ve put all my lessons on using ChatGPT to do less and earn more in one 90 minute workshop.

5 systems that create the most leverage and make the most money

I have a lot of systems in my businesses, but below are the ones that make me the most money. They take a little while to set up (approx 60 mins each) but once implemented, they only need checking and periodically updating and make me money around the clock.

1. Welcome Sequence: This is the first sequence of emails someone gets from me once they sign up to a freebie of mine. Depending on the sequence are are 4-8 emails and these have an average of 61% open rate and 27% click through rate. On average 1 in 4 people convert to a sale in my welcome funnels.

2. Automatic Emails: I have a CustomGPT set up and integrated with Zapier for responding to emails in draft. I categorise my emails into buckets which I have trained my CustomGPT to recognise and then write draft responses to these emails for me. All I need to do is read and check the drafts at the beginning and end of the day.

3. Drafting Content: Another set of CustomGPTs, trained to draft everything for me from social media captions, to email content to reports. All trained in my writing style and targeted at specific audiences. This is probably my biggest time saving hack!

4. Calendar Management: I recently started using Motion for calendar management at work and it is a game-changer. My diary across a work day can change in an instant and this makes things so much easier for myself and everyone else I work with!

5. Reviews & Recommendations: This system is the quickest and most lucrative of them all. A review and recommendation engine asking customers to write a review (which I can use for social proof for selling) and recommending other products they might like. I do this in Klaviyo in an email funnel and reviews are automatically turned into new emails (thanks to Zapier and ChatGPT) inside my email sequences.
